• Based on design drawings, quantity estimates, and apecs, I developed a CPM schedule for the construction of a new City of San Francisco bus maintenance pit within an existing, operating maintenance facility. Schedule activity durations were developed considering limited access, method of excavation, earth material disposal, and minimum interference with daily maintenance operations. This schedule was used by the city as a comparison tool to the contractor’s proposal schedules
